 Welfare Rights Forum

This new facility is now available on the Wood End Advice & Information Centre Ltd website just click on this link  “Welfare Rights Forum.”  An opportunity for workers from agencies like, Supporting People, Social Workers, Whitefriars Local Housing Offices, Sure Start, Mental Health Support teams, NHS departments and we must not forget Local Councillors.  All the mentioned agencies regularly request advice on behalf of their clients, and it is hoped that this Forum will give much needed and additional support, thus improving the availability and quality of advice across the city.

It is the aim as a member of Advice Services Coventry to help develop service delivery.  This does not mean that we can use this service to deal with individual cases in this forum, for this you will still have to contact the agency in your area, please use the ASC link on the left hand side of this page.

Although this Forum is designed to develop an enrichment of knowledge between advice advisors and other agencies, it should not be deemed exclusive to persons working in Coventry.  Many of the issues under discussion may interest people in other services like the DWP, HMRC and Local Authorities at a Regional or National level as well as Politicians and Researchers.  We would welcome a broad range of contribution, so, why not sign up today.

If you require help registering on this Forum please do not hesitate to contact us.
