The Centre is committed to offering free, confidential advice to all living within North & East Coventry. It offers equality and access and support, so giving all the voice and opportunity to challenge any situation that they feel is unjust. The Centre enables individuals to take back control of their circumstances and so leads to personal empowerment        

History

WEAIC was established in 1979 to serve the community at Wood End, over the years our area of coverage was expanded, first to take in Henley Green and Manor Farm.   Then we started to cover the North East of Coventry, and to participate in an ASC Partnership bid we expanded to cover the North and East of Coventry.

We moved to our new premises on the corner of Deedmore Rd and Winston Avenue, two years ago and are served by two bus routes the No 21 and the No 10.  The 33 bus service stops by the bottom of Deedmore Road and it is only a short walk from there to the Centre.
